The Department is seeking to understand modern solutions that offer a flexible human resource (HR) ecosystem, allow for the timely adoption of new HR technologies, significantly improve the employee and manager experience, support enterprise scalability, integrate self-service tools, and inherently support a corresponding, dedicated HR Service Center model.
