Security System Maintenance and Service with Securitas Technology Corporation

THIS IS NOT A BID. The Department of Financial Services, Division of Criminal Investigations, and the Division of State Fire Marshal, intends to enter into an agreement with Securitas Technology Corporation to provide ongoing security monitoring services at all designated locations excluding the Florida State Fire College. The agreement will also include periodic maintenance and software updates for the installed security systems at all identified locations. Based on the advertising process, no prospected vendor could provide the required product. Therefore, the Department intends to award the Securitas Technology Corporation.  Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on July 13, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekend until July 16, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (ET).  Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
