The PMA update will include data entry of field survey results into the City’s StreetSaver® PMA database. To maintain an adequate transportation infrastructure, the City of Sacramento typically performs yearly pavement condition data collection on ½ of City arterials, and ¼ of the rest of the road network. This amounts to approximately 630 survey miles each year. The last data collection occurred in 2025 and is currently loaded in the PMA database.
