The purpose of this project is to obtain accurate, standardized, and GIS-compatible data to support urban forest management, maintenance planning, risk mitigation, and long-term planning. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, permits and services necessary to fulfill the requirements of this Invitation to Bid. Your bid may include subcontractors, and you must clearly delineate the responsibilities of each of those participants within your bid. However, the City will recognize the party legally signing the Bid Proposal as Prime Contractor and contracting party, who, as such, will assume ultimate responsibility for ensuring compliance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of the Invitation to Bid. All work shall be commensurate with the highest professional standards and shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, by experienced personnel specializing in Tree Inventory and Assessment Services.
