Work shall include full depth reconstruction of the roadway. Other items include roadway excavation, construction of new pavement using Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt (R-HMA) and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), installation of pavement striping and markings, traffic detector loops, modification of existing median curbs, and adjustment of water valves, manholes and monuments.
