The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable the University of Central Florida (UCF) to enter into an agreement with a Supplier to provide Material Purchasing, Inventory Management and Logistics. The Supplier shall source materials based on best value, availability, quality, service, and operational requirements and shall not be limited to any single manufacturer, distributor, or supplier network.   The University’s objective for operation of the warehouse by the CONTRACTOR is: 1) to have sufficient quantities of those MRO supplies and materials on-site for University purchase by the employees of Facility Operations at the specific times the items are needed; 2) to keep abreast of new merchandise of interest to UCF-FBO; 3) To maintain stock levels of MRO supplies and materials; and 4) to provide efficient and prompt customer response at all times.   Questions are due July 6, 2026 by 5:00 PM EST Proposals are due July 24, 2026 by 3:00 PM EST Brian Sargent is inviting you to a scheduled Teams meeting.
