The State of Florida seeks competitive pricing for Service of Process functions. A vendor experienced in process serving would bid on this contract.

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to seek competitive pricing on behalf of the State of Florida, Department of Legal Affairs, Office of the Attorney General, hereafter referred to as the OAG, for purposes of Service of Process functions and all required services to affect the Service of Process.
