Description
Repair and replace roofing on Building 11525, a 113,000 sq ft historic facility at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Work includes demolishing existing built-up roof and low-section roofing, installing new 3-ply SBS-Modified BUR on barrel section and 90-mil EPDM on low sections, replacing roof drains, flashings, and parapet walls. Project must coordinate with active airfield operations and accommodate Arctic Thunder Open House event in August 2026.
