Three Lakes G111 Replacement

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is seeking competitive pricing for the replacement of a five-barrel CMP culvert structure and control gates with a cast-in place five-barrel reinforced concrete box culvert structure, with reinforced concrete headwalls, and rip-rap blankets upstream and downstream.  Project includes a temporary steel sheetpile cofferdam with a dewatering system to allow for construction of the new structure in the dry in accordance with the plans and specifications contained herein.  A vendor submitting a bid should be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system and with SunBiz prior to the bid opening.   For a copy of this bid, click on the link at the bottom of the advertisement page on the Vendor Information Portal (VIP) to download.  Email a completed Confidentiality Exemption Form (Attachment A ) to [email protected] to receive an electronic copy of construction plans and all other associated documents.
