Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The scope of work for the Central Energy Plant (“CEP”) & Epcot Central Energy Plant (“ECEP”) Chiller #8 Overhauls project shall include, but not be limited to, labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to provide turnkey services for motors, compressors and condenser tubes for York-manufactured centrifugal chillers at the Central Energy Plant (“CEP”) and the Epcot Central Energy Plant (“ECEP”) for a 1- year contract term. Contractor must provide the following license or certification to perform work: 1. Contractor or Subcontractor performing eddy current testing must be an American Society for Nondestructive Testing “ASNT SNT-TC-1a” level II certified. 2. State of Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (“DBPR”) Mechanical Contractor License Contractor must have a minimum of three (3) years of previous experience in performing the scope of services. Contractor shall provide a reference list of at least two (2) clients where it has provided services of a similar capacity. It is at CFTOD’s discretion to determine if a Contractor is qualified based upon submitted references. Other Details The basis of award will highest ranked proposer on the evaluations. The District is awarding one contract.
