Please review the attached RFP package as well as all Special Notices in their entirety for all requirements. Proposals are to be submitted electronically via PlanetBids and must be valid for 120 days from due date. All questions must be submitted through the PlanetBids Q&A tab no later than May 13, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Other Details Notes Please submit sample certificate of insurance with your proposal. Data entered may be “saved” or “submitted” and revised or withdrawn up to the closing deadline. Bidders must submit all questions pertaining to this bid through the Airport Authority's Online Bid Management System, by selecting the "Q&A" tab. Questions sent directly to Airport Authority Staff will not be addressed and you will be directed to submit your question(s) online. Documents must be uploaded in PDF format. It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure their proposal documents are properly uploaded onto the Airport Authority’s online bid management system. Proposals that are missing pages, cannot be opened, etc. may be considered unresponsive. Award of this contract will be made by the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority Commission.
