The scope of work for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) repair shall include, but not be limited to, labor and materials necessary to perform repairs on the equipment in the locations as described herein. In addition, this contract shall serve to provide the District with emergency response for critical system failures.. Other Details Up to four contracts will be awarded to the lowest bidders. Notes NOTE: Quick emergency response times are necessary to successfully service this contract. Do not bid if you do not have the capability to arrive on site within 4 hours of a call.
