The Authority’s objective is to obtain a luggage cart service provider to install, operate, maintain and manage four luggage cart locations at the RPT. Bidders must submit all questions pertaining to this bid through the Airport Authority's Online Bid Management System, by selecting the "Q&A" tab. Questions sent directly to Airport Authority Staff will not be addressed and you will be directed to submit your question(s) online. Documents must be uploaded in PDF format. It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure their proposal documents are properly uploaded onto the Airport Authority’s online bid management system. Proposals that are missing pages, cannot be opened, etc. may be considered unresponsive. Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any immaterial irregularities in any bid if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Airport Authority to do so. Award of this contract will be made by the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority Commission. It is the Proponent’s sole responsibility to contact the Airport Authority’s online bid management provider (PlanetBids at 818-992-1771) to resolve any technical issues related to electronic bidding, including (but not limited to) registering as a vendor, updating passwords, updating profiles, uploading/downloading documents, submitting an electronic bid/proposal, etc. Submission of bid/proposal shall be exclusively through PlanetBids.
