The scope of work for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) annual service and preventative maintenance shall include, but not be limited to, labor and materials necessary to perform quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance tasks on the equipment in the locations noted. Other Details One contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder of Items 1 through 3 (Base Bid).
