Other Details The City of Palm Springs is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) entitlement jurisdiction and receives an annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funds. These funds support a range of eligible community development activities, including housing, infrastructure, and services that benefit low- and moderate-income residents. The City seeks a qualified Consultant to provide on-call technical assistance and support services to ensure compliance with all HUD regulations and maintain accurate reporting and administration within HUD systems. Notes Work will be compensated on an hourly rate basis. Consultant shall submit an itemized invoice monthly. Billings must reference a purchase order number and shall indicate the unit (contract) price. Consultant will be paid for the actual hours worked at the rates shown in the contract. Contract pricing includes all labor, expenses, and incidentals to complete the work outlined in the contract scope. The Consultant may request monthly payments based on the percentage of work completed for the previous month as long as a detailed progress report is provided to support the amount requested. No additional compensation will be due by the City unless the contract is modified for additional work requested by the City. Special Notices Local Programs & Policies
