On an individual project or on-call Agreement basis, services will include but are not limited to the following: (1) Fire related construction document review and back check of commercial and residential projects including complete buildings, building additions, and tenant improvements. (2) Ability to perform complete, partial, or single area/item, construction document review with associated back check; and/or (3) Preparation and processing of permit copies of all construction documents and details in compliance with City of Fresno and Fire Department permit processes and construction document review requirements as required.
