In addition, the company will perform biohazard remediation services on an as-needed basis. A detailed description of the required maintenance procedures and biohazard remediation services is provided in Exhibit A – Scope of Services, located on page 38-41 of this bid document. Other Details A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Ontario Police Department Firearms Training Facility at 2500 S. Archibald Avenue, Ontario, CA 91764 on the following date(s) and time(s): Tuesday, December 4, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Each and every Bidder must attend the Pre-Bid Meeting and bids will not be accepted from any bidder who did not attend the Pre-Bid Meeting. Q&A submission deadline is Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 1:00 pm PST. All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted via PlanetBids. The bidder is responsible to be familiar with the requirements contained in the bid documents. Failure to submit all required documentation could result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Upon selection and notification of award, contractor will be required to submit a payment bond and a performance bond each for 100% of the total bid amount. Please note: Insurance limits are non-negotiable, and awardee will need to provide certification as specified in Bid Documents Notes The bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted.
