Inspect and examine existing conditions of FAX’s CNG station to understand and provide FAX guidance on equipment upgrade options. ii. Provide all mandatory and necessary architectural and engineering services for the CNG station upgrade. iii. Provide professional engineer drawings to prepare FAX for construction phase of work. iv. Provide construction specifications to prepare FAX for the construction phase of work. v. Secure all necessary permitting from the City of Fresno. vi. Inspect the construction contractor’s submittals to ensure conformance with the engineer drawings and specifications. vii. Provide inspections of construction contractors to ensure conformance with the engineer drawings and specifications.
