Request For Tender for provision of furniture, warehousing and other equipment for Electoral Events

The AEC is seeking service providers to supply and manage the hire of furniture, office equipment, and warehouse operational equipment, including delivery, assembly, collection, packaging removal, reporting, invoicing, and dedicated account management during critical election periods. While the AEC values comprehensive solutions that can meet all operational requirements across all locations, it recognises the diverse business models within the industry and welcomes specialised proposals, including furniture-only, warehouse equipment-only, or alternative procurement models such as purchase and buy-back arrangements.
