The National Shipbuilding Research Program (NSRP) announces upcoming 2027 R&D project solicitations including Research Announcement (RA) and Panel Project proposals. Projects must include at least one U.S. shipyard participant and address shipbuilding and sustainment technologies. Small businesses, non-profits, and academia have waived cost-share requirements for RA projects.
