Description

Seeks a contractor to install a new screened patio and insulated roof at a state veterans assisted living facility. A construction company with experience in aluminum screened room installations would bid on this project.

For an Aluminum Screened Room Installation. The Contractor will provide all equipment, dumpster, supplies, labor and materials to install a new 30’ x 60’ screened patio and insulated roof with three (3), 42” x 80” (3’-6” x 6’-8”) heavy duty screen doors, on the existing concrete slab adjacent to the Dining Room. The people to be served under the Agreement, approximately 145-150 FDVA residents living in the state veterans assisted living facility, who are honorably discharged veterans in need of assistance with activities of daily living.
